INCOTEC counts on many years of expertise in innovation management and exploitation strategies in European projects. Specifically, in BLADE2CIRC, INCOTEC will be in charge of develop an exploitation and sustainability plan, addressing and assessing in market research and generating sustainable business models for the biobased solutions develop by the partners and also managing Protection of Background and Results (IPR).
According to the previous tasks and its specific role INCOTEC will have an active play in all the execution of the project. Its objective is totally linked to facilitate future market acceptance of the solutions develop and enhancing project´s impact within the collaboration of the leader and all the partners of the project sharing clustering activities and stakeholders’ interaction.
These actions will be evolving throughout all the project, so the recommendation is to stay tuned for updates and news on all our dissemination activities.
INCOTEC will contribute on the following aspects:
• Exploitation and innovation management: it is totally bounded with knowledge and developments emerged during the project and in this field a specific exploitation and sustainability plan will be developed and updated across the project. In the direction of fulfilling this aim, some key exploitable results have been defined and will be adapted depending on the results and new developments of the project.
• Sustainable business models: in this field market research will be performed in specific topics of biobased and optimized manufacturing processes. This information will be crucial to feed the basis of the possible sustainable business models.
• IPR management: this issue is related to IPR management considering the background and foreground knowledge of each partner and the specific ways to protect or patent the project solutions.
As the project progresses, new developments and key milestones will continue to emerge, driven by the collaborative efforts of all partners. By staying informed, you’ll gain insights into how the entire consortium is working together to achieve the ambitious goals of the BLADE2CIRC project.
